Who're your predictions for ULC champs? Lol SWL barely qualified for playoffs. The most logical prediction is probably X. They still have some players that haven't locked in with a type yet. They're very well prepared for the competition, but of course, SWL will come out on top. We might as well forfeit if we think some other league is gonna win. |

If i get a say about the first two, they won't happen at all. If I could date a user, I'd probably choose Trickster, a global moderator on main. He is just sooooo amazing and a really nice guy. What is your favorite Pokemon generation? Do you enjoy Mario Kart? Would any of you admins like to face me in Mario Kart? My favourite Pokémon generation is probably the Sinnoh region games (DPPt). It was really amazing in my opinion and they introduced many great competitively viable Pokémon. This generation also focused a lot on the myths of the region which I really enjoyed. The villains are also interesting, since they are not truly after power, but rather a disillusioned yearning to create a better universe without strife. As for Mario Kart, I have only played it once on my friends DS many years ago which I really enjoyed. Sadly I don't have a DS or any other relevant gaming system with Nintendo games. |

What is your favorite Pokémon? and a question for Vanitas only: Who made your avatar, and W-WHERE CAN I GET IT.As i dont do much with events on the server, my favourite event was probably the OPL one because of all the hype and because I had to do stuff to make the draft bot. If i were trapped on an island with other other staff member, I'd prefer either fender or Nineage mostly because i've known them for the longest and we've been through a lot together too. If i had to guess which current league would be disband next I'd guess the Shadow Realm League. There is too much dissent in the higher auth there which makes the structure of the league weak; any sudden changes can cause the league to break apart . Favourite Pokémon is probably still Pikachu. If I had to choose others, i'd probably end up with Starmie or Nineage Ninetales. ooh Chime gave me an idea! Your trapped on a desserted island for one month, what 3 things would you take.(dont be boring and say food and water >:c) Assuming there is ample food supply on the island, I'd bring a laptop that can connect to the internet via satellites, a generator to get electricity, and a water purifier to remove the salinity from the ocean water :3 |

Sparkychild how are staff chosen? What are the prerequisites to become a voice? Staff are chosen based on their behaviour and activity. Staff needs to demonstrate quite a high level of maturity when conducting themselves on the server. Activity is also quite important since the team of staff is what keeps policy/events going on the server. Some staff on the server are also coders (like Nineage, Master Float, Austin, fender, etc...) and they make contributions to the server's code to make it continually better for the users. The key points here, are quality contributions to the server and also the ability to respect all users no matter who they are and how they act, behaving in a staff-like manner. A prerequisite to being a voice is naturally, high activity and being a quality user. The rank voice, while not being a staff rank, marks the user as a model user™, and often is recognized for their consistent and quality contribution in chatrooms, specifically the official ones. Many of these users are roomauth in the official rooms on Origin. Another way to become a voice is to donate $100 dollars or more, as outline in our Origin VIP Benefits. |

To be very honest, there really isn't anything that I would really like to see changed in metagame. I guess the closes thing is just missing Greninja in Mono-water, but I have to admit it's a bit too good to not be banned. 2. Being staff is a huge time commitment, to be on the server a lot of the time, and do quite a bit of policy behind the scenes on the forums. Policy can be frustrating at times, specially when other staff don't really want to discuss a certain issue. On the server, I'd say that remaining respectful at all times is rather difficult at times, specially when dealing people being suck-ups or extremely belligerent in private messages. It's difficult to still answer them in a polite way when sometimes you just want to tell them to go away and stop bothering you. (This applies to main server a lot more than Origin tho) |
