To Sparky, ArkenCiel, Gryphon, and Vanitas, what have been your favorite experiences on showdown, any server, like any particular moment? Favorite experiences? Well, no one particular moment stands out. I guess one would be when EOS staff finally realized that a drastic change had to happen because of a rather unstable character among their ranks. My favorite times, however, was my stay in the Amethyst server with my friends, my time in Unity, and the solitude from Trinity. |

How much money would I have to donate for Skymond to be admin? What about Japan? Also if you could go on a date with any one user, who would it be and why? Also also, are you Team Neo Soul? I would admin any user for 500 bucks. Conveniently, that's about the price that would take me to seriously convince other staff members to make a new server! I've got quite a lot of questions  So far, what is your favorite event hosted on Origin, and why?
You are trapped on a island for one month, and with you, there's another staff member from origin. If you could choose who that person was, who would it be?
What current relevant league do you predict will disband next?
What is your favorite Pokémon? I actually don't have a favorite event, now that I think about it. I'll probably have to do something about that. That staff member would probably be Neski, easiest for me to work with. I don't think it'd be a good idea for me insulting a "relevant" league by predicting it to disband. All are well-off at the moment imo. ooh Chime gave me an idea! Your trapped on a deserted island for one month, what 3 things would you take.(dont be boring and say food and water >:c) One month? Like, I get rescued at the end? I'd like a machete, a lighter to make everything easier, and ... Well, that's about all I need. The third thing would be something for me to pass the time with after I've finished killing every animal on the island that normally threatens a human life. To all staff members: 1. If you could make any 1 change to the current monotype metagame, what would it be, and why? 2. What do you think, personally, is the hardest thing about being staff? To Arkenciel: 1. What is the most successful meme team you've used/seen used on the ladder? The change I would make is to remove the OHKO clause lol. OHKO moves has the same chance of landing as often as Scald does when burning its opponents. Let's see chaos.  Personally, the hardest thing is probably the compromise between having fun and helping people out. For some staff, that compromise barely exists, but it gets annoying when you're in the middle of having fun, and then suddenly you have to take care of something. I don't like passing off responsibilities to others if I'm not already occupied with something irl or something staff related. The most successful meme team I've used on the ladder is a Trick Room Hail Grass Monotype team in the OU ladder with a friend of mine. She made the team and forced me to play with it. To all Staff in question: When you received your first STAFF promotion (IE % up) on EOS/Origin/Main (delete as appropriate), was it something you expected at all? In the case you did, did you expect to climb/survive as long as you have? What is your favourite anime/TV series? Does a room promotion on main count? I didn't really expect it when I first got promoted from voice to driver in Monotype because there was a lot of active auth. The room worked adequately to my eyes. I'm now a moderator, and though I love it, comes at quite a shock as the moderator rank has the highest online activity from the auths. If we're talking side servers, I kind of got admin on EOS from an agreement with Naten, Tesla, and Neo Soul, so it was to be expected. I would have been fine with any rank, but the more influence the better. Not sure if I expected to survive, but I did want to. When I made the decision to leave EOS staff because of.. A disagreement.. while the rest looked at me in disapproval, I never even expected to be staff again. Though when I was reached out to, I gladly took the opportunity, thinking I could be of help in shaping a side community. My favorite anime is probably Psycho Pass and my favorite TV series is Game of Thrones, something I didn't really bother with until Sky Might Fall recommended it to me. Got hooked at episode one, and I think I caught up on all 5 seasons in a week. Maybe a bit more. Favorite tier any why? I like ubers because its a smogon tier and it really theres always a way to win with hyper Offense. Monotype. It's frustrating at times, but fun. Unfortunately, it's a tier where you don't need skill to win, players can just rely on match up, but that's what makes it a fun challenge sometimes. Sometimes. ._.What is your guy's favorite room on origin and main? On main, my favorite room would have to be the Monotype room. Why? I don't really know, but I go to it often, so there's something I like about it - I felt that way before I got staff there too. My favorite room on Origin is easily SWL because it's full of faces I'm familiar with. Comfortable with them, I can act more like me there. Mostly because my friends are there though. The Staff room would be a good second. That place is funny from to time. ----------------------- OKAY! Late responses are late, but I've finally done it. |
